Lee Swartz is an Associate Partner at HealthScape Advisors, a Chartis company. Lee’s experience in healthcare consulting is focused on value-based payment model design, advanced primary care strategy, and M&A diligence support. He has worked with a wide array of clients, including health plans, dental plans, and healthcare investors. His projects have required him to provide financial modeling, analytical review, project management, and strategic advisory.
Lee’s recent experience includes performing a multi-state study that looked at the cost, utilization, and member experience benefits of integrating pharmacy and medical benefits while identifying improvement opportunities to enhance integration value. Additionally, Lee has worked with a large single-state Medicaid MCO to evaluate their administrative services contract against relevant industry benchmarks and identify potential areas for improvement.
Prior to joining HealthScape, Lee worked for 5 years in the wealth and asset management sector at a Big 4 accounting firm. He currently holds his CPA license in Illinois and Wisconsin.
Lee attended University of Wisconsin-Madison where he earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Accounting.
