Bill Guerci is a Partner at HealthScape Advisors, a Chartis company, and co-leads the Pharmacy Benefits Innovation practice. He has over 35 years of experience as a leader in all financial and business aspects of healthcare. Bill has worked with clients to drive the strategic management of all aspects of pharmacy benefits to improve the positions of employers, union groups, and health plans when contracting for PBM services.
Prior to joining HealthScape, Bill Co-Founded PayerAlly and served as the company’s Chief Financial Officer. Bill was also the Co-Founder of Solid Benefit Guidance (SBG) guiding the growth of the company utilizing his insider expertise to support clients in reducing their pharmacy and healthcare expenditures before merging the company into Gallagher Benefit Services. Bill also held senior executive positions in various PBM/managed care companys including EmpiRx, Group Health Incorporated and Empire Blue Cross and Blue Shield. Before entering the healthcare vertical, Bill was a manager at Price Waterhouse.
Bill earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Manhattan College. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of both the AICPA and NY State Society of Accountants. Bill is a current board member of Centerlight Health Systems. He has previously served as a Trustee on the Nyack Hospital Board, was a board member of CP of NYS and Independence Care Systems.
