She brings more than two decades of experience leading integrated marketing and communications strategies that drive business growth, strengthen stakeholder trust, and elevate brand performance.
Skilled at translating complex and highly regulated topics into clear, compelling narratives, Beth partners with senior leaders to improve clarity, engagement and decision-making across diverse audiences. Her work is grounded in using communications as a strategic lever to support organizational change, enhance stakeholder experience, and advance business objectives.
Prior to joining HealthScape Advisors in 2026, Beth led enterprise communications and marketing strategy at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield. In that role, she developed and executed integrated, multichannel go-to-market and engagement strategies that strengthened brand equity, influenced key stakeholders, and supported growth across competitive markets. She also served for many years as the lead marketing communications strategist and market-facing advisor for CareFirst’s Commercial, ACA, and Medicare segments, driving growth, retention, and client and member satisfaction across diverse lines of business.
Beth holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Baltimore and a Bachelor of Communication from Loyola University Maryland.
