February 29, 2024 (Chicago, IL)—Chartis, a comprehensive healthcare advisory firm, today announced Tej Shah and Dan Delaney will lead HealthScape Advisors, A Chartis Company. Chicago-based HealthScape Advisors (HealthScape) helps payers across all segments, including Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, ACA, Federal, and Ancillary, navigate the evolving healthcare landscape.

Chartis’ acquisition of HealthScape on February 6 deepens and expands both organizations’ capabilities to help payers and providers manage transformational change in a rapidly evolving healthcare ecosystem that is increasingly defined by payer-provider convergence.

Delaney, one of HealthScape’s original founding members nearly 15 years ago, has been a key member of the leadership team since the firm’s inception. Prior to joining HealthScape, Delaney worked in Huron Consulting Group and Arthur Andersen’s healthcare practices.

Shah is a Chartis alumnus who joined the HealthScape leadership team in 2019. Shah brings significant strategic and operations experience, having previously served as Chief Strategy Officer at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana and prior to that held senior roles at Oliver Wyman and Deloitte.

Delaney and Shah will work closely together to build upon HealthScape’s strong legacy as a leading advisor to the payer market.
