
Luke Pisarcik is a Partner at HealthScape Advisors, a Chartis company. Throughout his career, Luke has advised his clients on a variety of transformative topics including network development and contract strategy, value-based care program design, operational transformation, large-scale implementations, and government/federal program contract capture.
Luke specializes in transforming interactions between payers and providers to optimize care outcomes and deliver affordability to consumers. This includes enhancing traditional and innovative contracting vehicles, reducing variation in market pricing, optimizing contracting terms and strategic approaches to drive more holistic negotiations. Luke also has significant experience in network design and development to bring forward more innovation to products.
Luke also places a significant emphasis on leading large teams through operational transformation or program implementations. He has extensive experience designing operation models across many core functions of a health plan, leading large implementation programs to deliver those models, and delivering significant coordination with clients and their executive teams.
Luke began his career working in a variety of finance roles at United Technologies before joining HealthScape as a consultant. Luke earned his bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Illinois.
