Dan advises clients with their key strategic, operational, and financial initiatives, helping position them to transform, compete, and grow profitably in the ever-dynamic healthcare industry. Dan’s experience includes strategic planning, business capture and market entry support, organizational design, performance improvement, partnership development, transaction support and due diligence, and business integrations.

Recently, Dan has been dedicated to helping healthcare companies in the transformative post-reform environment, with significant involvement developing and implementing ACOs, enhancing payer/provider collaborative arrangements, and supporting population health management initiatives designed to improve quality and create medical cost savings. Throughout his career, Dan has served clients across numerous healthcare segments, including commercial health plans; managed care organizations and federal contractors supporting the Medicare, Medicaid, and TRICARE programs; health systems; specialty health; and behavioral health organizations. 

Dan previously worked in Arthur Andersen’s Federal Markets consulting practice and Huron Consulting Group’s Pharmaceutical and Health Plan practice. He earned his MBA from the University of Chicago with a concentration in finance and entrepreneurship, and his bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Notre Dame.
