Casey Bartolucci is a strategy and execution advisor to healthcare leaders navigating changing industry dynamics. Casey has experience supporting clients with strategy development and translating strategies into tactical execution plans that capture increased revenue, market share, cost savings, and margin.
Currently, Casey is primarily focused on supporting clients in the design and development of new organizational structures and capabilities that respond to new industry dynamics, such as health insurance exchanges and risk adjustment. This work includes advising clients on organizational effectiveness and administrative cost structures that align with market demands. Casey is also assisting clients in the development and execution of innovative payer/provider collaboration strategies that support the reimbursement transition from volume to value.
Throughout his career, Casey has advised his clients on a variety of industry topics including, but not limited to, Government Programs (Medicare, Medicaid, and Duals) entry, Exchange strategy development, organizational restructuring and administrative cost reduction, behavioral health, transaction advisory, and consumer engagement.
Casey began his consulting career at PwC before joining the Pharmaceutical and Health Plan practice at Huron Consulting Group. Casey earned his bachelor's degree in accounting with a concentration in finance from Indiana University.
